Internal
Mark:
Internal mark is a mark given by your staff who is handling
particular subject.
Usually i will be calculated from your performance. It includes,

- Your marks in unit test(test conducted by your college)
- Attendance
Average of your score in unit test (For 15) + Attendance mark ( For 5) =
20
** This is on your staff hand, It is not strictly given on above basis. They can even give 20 for all student.

External
Mark:
External mark is a mark given by some one else
correcting your theory paper written in Anna university examination.You will be writing for 100 marks ( 10 * 2 Marks & 5 * 16 Marks)
Initially your external mark will be given for 100%.
When both is over it will be registered..
Here both internal and external marks are combined and produced for 100%
How it will be done ?
Your theory marks will be converted to 80%
Example : you get 50 marks for 100 .. It will be change to 40 for 80
Now internal mark is added to converted mark.
Example : yor internal mark is 15/20 ..
40+15 = 55
You final score is 55 marks ...
Minimum marks to pass..
theory = 45marks for 100
internal = 0 - 20 marks
** But you need to get 50% finally. If ur internal mark is 0 then you must score 62 in theory....
